Located just off San Jose, across the street from Hooters, Goodby's Lake (Goodby's Creek) serves the Southside area of town. Goodby's lake is located on the southside of Goodby's Lake near San Jose and Baymeadows rd. As one of the newest ramps in Jacksonville (built by the city in 2006) this ramp includes a picnic area with gazebo and restrooms. This ramp is rated for all vessels, but be aware of the manatee zones in the area. This ramp offers access to the St. John's River for downtown and the Buckman bridge.

Driving Directions:

From I-95 and Baymeadows Road: 1. Head WEST on BAYMEADOWS RD 2. Turn LEFT onto SAN JOSE BLVD. 3. Ramp is on southeast side of bridge crossing Goodbys Lake Heading north on San Jose, the entrace to this ramp kind of hidden. Be on the lookout for the entrace just before the Goodby's creek bridge.

Parking Situation:

The parking in the area is adequate. With 38 trailer parking spaces, this ramp can fill up quick on busy weekends.

Great ramp!!i often put my larger boat in at this great ramp!!plenty of room and parking is great! for the bass fishermen this small creek can offer great fishing in the spring and early summer,with a limit of keeper fish in a few hours.
