Jacksonville Pier Fishing

	Knights Marina Fishing Pier This fishing pier is located off of Black Creek and the St. John's River on Highway 17 north of Green Cove Springs. The pier itself is about 250' long and offers ample room for fisherman to cast their lines. Catfish, Redfish, Croakers, Bream, and Black Bass are some of the species that can be caught off of the fishing pier. During shrimp season, take your cast net along and catch your limit of shrimp. One nice thing about this pier, if you run out of bait, you can visit		Ortega River Railroad Bridge The Ortega River Railroad Bridge is used by CSX to cross the Ortega River. Used to be that the bridge beside the Ortega River Railroad Bridge was used for motor traffic. However, this has since been dismantled and turned into a fishing pier. This pier is relatively small, but offers some great fishing and (when they're running) a great area to catch shrimp. Once nice days (or the shrimp are running), this bridge can become crowded very quickly. Fishing spots can become scarce since this is a small bridge, so get there early.
	George Crady Bridge Fishing Pier Named after State Representative George Crady, this pedestrian-only bridge provides excellent fishing for Sheepshead, Drum, Whiting, etc. Spanning Nassau Sound, there are many placing on the bride for you to setup and catch something. Restrooms are available at this location.
