I have been fishing since i was just a young boy and love it. Also love the chill time on the water between fish. I love guided trips and charters for the learning experience and a great chance at catching a trophy bass .

Most fish are covered with a mucus layer that helps protect them from infections. However, this "slime", as it is referred to, doesn't do anything for the angler but make a mess. To keep the fish "slime" on the fish, it is recommended to wet your hands before handling a fish. Doing so will keep the "slime" off your hands and on the fish.
